Your Community Service Beta

Your Service, Counted.

Community service rarely belongs to just one organization. Volunteer through your employer, your church, and a national fraternal order, and the same afternoon of work gets entered three separate times — once in each system, in three different formats, with three different people chasing the numbers at the end of the year.

Your Community Service fixes that. An individual records their service once. It is then tracked across every organization they belong to, and rolls up automatically through whatever hierarchy each of those organizations uses.

How It Works

Enter it once

Log your hours a single time, against the activity you actually did — not once per organization that wants credit for it.

Counted everywhere you belong

Your service is associated with each organization you're a member of, so every one of them sees it without you re-entering anything.

Rolls up the hierarchy

Totals aggregate upward on their own — through teams and departments inside a company, and through local, district, region, state, and national levels of a member organization.

Who It's For

  • Individuals who serve through more than one organization and are tired of duplicate data entry.
  • Companies tracking employee volunteering, with totals aggregating through teams and departments.
  • Member organizations — fraternal orders, service clubs, faith communities — that need local chapter activity to roll up through district, region, state, and national reporting.

Currently in Beta

Your Community Service is in active beta. The core of the product — organizations, membership, event and service tracking, and hierarchical roll-up — is in place and in use by our beta testers, and we're refining it based on what they tell us. Expect the occasional rough edge, and expect us to fix it.
